Appel Farm today. Hot, but couldn't have asked for better weather otherwise. Fun times with the family, Sarah, and Ben. Dan got really sick and never made it, he missed a good time but would not have been comfortable in the heat. Da Vinci's notebook and Jonatha Brooke were awesome. The Nields and Dave Carter and Tracy Grammer were quite good. Wish I had heard more Guy Davis, what I heard was some really awesome blues.

They forced us to go the other way on Elmer-Shirley Rd, and as we wandered a bit over the roads of Salem County I realized that it probably wouldn't be too far out of the way to drop Ben off back at Swat. A little out of the way but not too bad. Sarah and I then checked out the new Friendly's on 70 by the race track. Not bad, good to see Laura and Sam, service a bit shakey but they're new and it was busy.

Last night was good too. Brendan and the Sarahs and I hit a diner after deciding that mini-golf in a thunderstorm just might not be such a good idea. We starting talking polysci/politics, and just went on for a while. Everyone had lots to say, and everyone enjoyed the conversation.

Beach tomorrow with the gane - Jess is visiting! Hopefully I won't wake up with too much of a sun burn.
