Thanks to all of you who came to dinner last night. It warms the heart to know that so many people wanted to come along. Don't tell me that it was simply because Saturday night in Sharples is really bad, I want to feel loved ;)

Returned the crutches to Worth and the shower chair to Dad to go back to Devereux. This was good. Tried driving the Infiniti. Barely made it out of the ML driveway; using the clutch with the ball of my foot means that my foot is under a positive moment, which results in my toes heading in towards my leg. Those of you who have seen me going down stairs may realize that this motion is the one the causes me the most discomfort right now (I go down stairs by stepping down with my left foot, then stepping with my right foot to that step). Thus I am not yet driving, and am still dependent on the shuttle, my own two feet, and the general kindness of others to get around. Oh well.

I have obtained a copy of Junta. We are all doomed. So doomed.
