In looking back on this at the end of the day, I'm not sure it's that great of a system. I feel like the filter system works reasonably well, and this system is, perhaps, too complex for Joe Internet-User.

My wrist started to bother me this afternoon. So I moused left-handed. I was slower and it was awkward when going back and forth between mouse and keyboard, as I was never sure which hand to use. That being said, 'twas better that I was using Microstation, which involves more mousework and less keyboarding than AutoCAD, though I prefer the latter for precisely that reason.

This is why I prefer symmetrical mice. It often is more convenient to mouse with my left hand, and this isn't feasible with a fancy right-handed mouse. Oddly enough, I kept the button mapping in place and left-clicked with my middle finger and right-clicked with my index finger.
