reldnahkramWent bowling this evening. With 15 minutes to go on our lane, Will, Yukie, Danny, and I decided to try and speed bowl one more game. After a 9 by Will, each of the rest of us started with a strike in frame one. In the middle of frame two, "The Final Countdown" kicked in over the sound system. It was awesome.
They froze us out before the start of frame seven. The screen said "Contact Desk to Begin a New Game", but the lane lights were still on. So Will went to bowl. As soon as the ball hit the pins, the lane went dark. And a lone pin remained standing, a single-finger salute to our efforts to bowl a complete game in 15 minutes.
