So it seems that Antec makes two smallish cases with 120 mm fans. One is the Super Lanboy, which is right out. The other is the Aria, which is an SFF case that takes mATX boards. It's from the same "Lifestyle" line as the Sonata (sense a theme in names here - others in the series are the Minuet and the Overture) which go for a respectable look (not the NEON!!!! look of the Lanboy) and tend to emphasize quietness. This is good. SilentPCReview gives it good marks. I wasn't thinking about an SFF case, but it's not bad. I'm skeptical of the cyclone blower, but Antec is one of the top companies for cases and cooling, and it seems like their rep for keeping things cool and quiet has gotten much better than it used to be. Another product with a little potential is the Aspire X-QPack, though I'd swap out the power supply and 120 mm LED fan real quick like. But I think the Aria has it beaten hands down.

My main concern about the SFF boxen was that my original plan called for 120 mm fans for both intake and outflow, with the front fan turned up slightly higher than the outflow, so that the case would be slightly overpressured. With a little airflow out of every crack, it'd be much harder for dust to get inside the case. But the Aria seems to be the complete package, and I'm willing to put up with a few dust bunnies.
