I guess I did learn something at training yesterday. In WinXP, right-clicking on the taskbar brings up a menu that has Task Manager as an option. This brings up the dialog box that is most useful for killing programs. Very useful if your delete key is wonky (Ctrl-Alt-Del also brings up the Task Manager) and you can never remember whether it's run>taskman or run>taskmgr.
