Mar. 9th, 2004 07:37 pmWent to dentist Monday. Am getting upper front two teeth bonded to hide stains, match surrounding teeth (which aren't mine). The long story on my teeth is that my center two teeth top and bottom are permanent teeth, the two to each side, top and bottom, are still baby teeth (total 8). Up top, these four teeth have been covered with stuff (I forget what) to make them look and function like real teeth, so the work to the front two will just make them match. As I recall, the first four teeth were done around the end of high school.
Today, I went to the eye doctor and got a new perscription. He kept mentioning something about allergies and being sensitive to light, and gave me a perscription for some drops to help in case things get itchy in the summer. Frankly, I have no idea what he's talking about. Yes, my eyes are sensitive to light, but I'm not convinced I have allergy problems.
I also got a haircut today. I needed one - my hair shouldn't be getting in my eyes. It's much better not being shaggy. I can't say I'm going to miss the wings over my ears that would form when I didn't aggressively attack my hair in the morning, though having enough hair to actually feel it moving while dancing at the kegger was kinda cool.
Anyone ever had carpal? My right wrist has been bothering me for the last few days, and I'm just covering all the bases. I think I probably did it in playing squash, or hockey, or maybe I'm just sleeping on it funny-like. I tend to sleep with my right hand beneath the pillows and my left hand between the two pillows, both for support, since my pillows are old and floppy-like, but I like 'em. It doesn't really hurt to type, which I think is a case against it being carpal.
Why is there no Current Mood for Decent? I'm not quite sure how I am right now is good, but there's no other specific feeling I have, and I don't feel much worse than good.

Date: 2004-03-10 03:13 am (UTC)No, they just aren't there. In X-rays there aren't any teeth waiting in the, uh, gums, and there won't ever be. My mother and brother are all missing permanent teeth, though not all in the same positions, so I'm guessing it's generic.

But that's boring. And I want an icon to go with it.
