think_too_much over global energy concerns. Mentioned my crackpot ideas, including launching nuclear waste into the sun and the Sahara solar farm. Also discussed when the oil will run out, and whether war will result.
Driving home from Swat on the Blue Route, was doing 75 (55 zone) and a car comes up very close behind me. I pull into the RH lane to let it pass. It was a state trooper! It passes me.
The Sunoco around the corner is at $2.15 a gallon. Yes, that place tends to be a bit higher (this being the main line, and there being a Ferrari dealer next door). but still. Will the insanity ever stop?
