Although, to be fair, I remember neither Montreal nor Paris, and there might be others I'm forgetting as well.

EDIT: I've added the Chicago L logo, but I question it's legitimacy.

REEDIT: I've made my own PATCO logo. I'm now tied with [livejournal.com profile] sildra.
