The two that look the same are actually different (one is slightly smaller). Also, I may have been on the Vancouver one, but I don't remember, so I didn't put it. I also may have used the wrong San Francisco one--I haven't been there in forever and I don't remember--so I only included one.
Oh, I forgot I get both Paris Métro lines (also the RER). I imagine most people who get one get the other since they probably flew into CdG, but still, it's nice to get credit for them :-)
I was all of three when I was in Paris, and I just don't remember what we rode. I've heard stories that, after returning, I would imitate the sounds of the closing doors. But again, I don't remember.
I never flew into Paris; I took a train from Zurich to Paris, and then, 9 days later, from Paris to Brussels. However, while in Paris, I traveled by commuter rail to various nearby places in the countryside.
