woot is selling a pair of refurbished 70 W power inverters for $20. I have one car. Anyone want the other one for $10? Because, you know, power inverters are useful.

I haven't placed the order yet and won't see this until I get home from work - if they look like they're going fast and you want one, give me a call and we'll work something out.

I just saw it now and even though I don't have a car, I wanted to buy one so I can use my laptop and such in the car on the long car trip home at the end of the school year and then to have in general. Alas...

How much do these things usually cost? They look like a really awesome and useful thing to own.

I think they very much vary in price, depending on wattage, number of outlets, and other bells and whistles.
