Anyone interested in doing foodly-like things for Passover?
I'm busy Monday through Wednesday nights, and Saturday morning/afternoon, but am otherwise free. I'm thinking about Matzah Brei Sunday morning (Easter, btw) and considering trying to put together some sort of end of Passover potluck for Tuesday evening.
Let me know what you're interested in, and we'll make stuff happen.

Date: 2007-04-02 06:21 am (UTC)I'm not sure if you'd find any salsa verde that's strictly kosher for passover, but I would think you could find some that's ingredient-OK for Passover. I know Trader Joe's sells salsa verde, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were OK for Passover...
