I've taken to taking an evening walk (I'll explain why later). So this evening, as I turned off of Cresson onto Levering, there's a crowd of maybe twenty people hanging out on the sidewalk halfway up the block. Before I figure out what I want to do (cross the street, walk through them, walk in the street around them), they go absolutely crazy. Just nuts. Screaming, whooping, they have a siren, etc.

That was Knuble's goal in 2OT.

It was a birthday party, or something, so they hauled a TV out onto the sidewalk and were enjoying the game out there. It was kind of awesome.

For those of you who ask why I decided to take a walk before the game ended? Because I need to get to bed at a reasonable hour and needed to get away for a minute. Also, I had a bad feeling about things, but apparently that was unfounded.

Spend all of game 5 walking around, clearly it is good luck. :P

Manayunk is great for moments like that.

I actually got out of costume and home in time to listen to the 2nd OT on WIP. Woo!
