Surprisingly, there's no water in the basement.

A map. Note how few train stations are located in population growth areas. This is not a good sign. Service to Oxford (Octoraro Branch) and Pottstown (Reading Main) would do a lot of good, no?

But the "explosive growth" areas on that map would be explosive if ten houses were built there between 1970 and 2004....
