Sep. 14th, 2001 03:38 pmYo. It's been a while, so here I go. There are a lot of things I could say, but they've already been said. I for one don't feel the need to keep harping on the same topics. Anyway, I've been pretty good. Life at Swarthmore has been, for the most part, wonderful. I've been hanging out with SWIL a bunch, and am probably the only non-ML person to do that. I'm not living in ML, nor do I want to live in ML. Who cares if that's where the others are. Anyway, enough of that. Wind ensemble was a godsend Tuesday night. Why? Something tangible and enveloping to focus on. Wednesday folksing was good too, but would have been good anyway. Note to self: borrow Katie's guitar and learn barre chords. How hard can it be? Woo-hoo - floor hockey last night. If you're here, come. Realization - what gives Swarthmore students the reputation of being completely nutso work wise isn't that we have more work, we just do so much other stuff that when it comes time to do work, we have less time. Oh well. Who needs sleep. Yeah. I do. And it's 3:30 in the afternoon. NAPTIME! Speaking of returns to childhood, we used function machines in math class today (Honors Linear Algebra). That's right, we used 3rd grade techniques to grasp difficult concepts!! Who says math isn't fun. Ramble, i think not!

And who decided Thursday night was good idea? I'll tell you who - people who (A) don't work on the acorn and (B) don't have Friday classes. *laugh*
Party School?
