Well, it just started with a little bit of right now, but as I now know, that's just a gateway drug. Before long, I was doing all of the yesterday I could get my hands on. At one point, I had so much yesterday in my system that I didn't even think twice about doing some today. I don't even know how I got from today to tonight -- those weeks were all a blur. Once that happened, well, I would do anything and everything. Today, tomorrow, yesterday, two days from now, even next week.

I don't know how much longer I'm going to last like this. Every time I say how long I've been sober, I'm hit by memories. Being sober for two weeks was a rough spot, because every time I thought of it, I remembered the time that all I had left was a little bit of two weeks from Sunday and I nearly slit my wrists.
