I'm really enjoying all three CDs I bought on Tuesday. Old Crow Medicine Show is exactly what I expected, loose, harmony-filled old-timey bluegrass. The new Tracy Grammer is also really good, it's a little more produced than her stuff with Dave Carter was, but it's still really good - he wrote most of the songs on it. But I think the winner is the new Chuck Prophet (of Green on Red, if that helps you identify him) album. I'm not terribly good at genrifying rock/pop stuff. Allmusic has good things to say about it, in summary, it's psychadelic, a wee-bit twangy, and a bit rock.
